Stewart Woodward - Instructor
Stewart came into skiing later in life than the other Ski Focus instructors, his first trip being a present from his wife, but immediately fell in love with the sport.
He soon became addicted to skiing and enrolled on his first BASI course a few years later to see what ’Teaching’ is all about. He progressed through the BASI system and is now fully qualified to teach around the world with the International Ski Instructors Association (ISIA) qualification.
Stewart also holds the Snowsport Scotland Alpine Performance Coach Level 1 qualification which allows him to spend many happy hours at Sheffield Ski Village coaching various University race teams.
He has skied many parts of the world and last season had the opportunity to ski in France, Germany, Switzerland & Italy.
Stewart is now based during the winter months in Tignes, France where he is one of a handful of British qualified ski instructors working for the ESF (Ecole De Ski Francais).
